Check-in From 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM (Early Check-In charge 50% off the overnight rate)
Check-out Until 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Late Check-out charge 70% off the overnight rate)
Payment Terms: 50% deposit on reservation, Balance upon check in
Cancellation/ prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type and seasons.
Children and Extra Beds: All children are welcome. Children under 4 years stay free
Extra Bed: Extra bed possible to be fixed in the Serviced Apartments (rate for adults / CHILDREN 4-12 YEARS USD 35]
Proof of East African residency required
Payment options: Cards accepted at Bativa Hotel Kampala. The following cards accepted; VISA, AMEX, MATERCARD, CHINESE UNION PAY & JCB. The hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
Should you wish to pay in cash, we accept Ugandan Shillings (UGX/Ush), Kenyan Shillings (KSH), Tanzania Shillings (TSH), US dollar, Euro and GBP at the rates specified on the website.
Mobile Money Also accepted at Bativa Hotel Kampala; MTN MOMO, Airtel Money.
In Uganda they do NOT accept US dollars given out before 2009
Please note that the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis. Please ask for the exchange rate at time of payment to avoid any confusion on this matter.
Please note that the full amount regarding the reservation must be settled BEFORE the time of check-in. Please always ask for a receipt to document your payment
CANCELATION/PREPAYMENT
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the required rate for the relevant cancelation and prepayment policy.
Cancellation Charges; The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 50% deposit, this won’t be refunded. Refer to our reservation team for seasonal (Christmas, New Year, Easter & High Season) T&Cs
• 25% if cancelled four days in advance
• 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance
• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled
• 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking / travel or on the same day.
Note:
Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION
All guests at Bativa Hotel Kampala are required to present a valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport, East Africa National ID or National ID for Uganda nationals. Uganda Nationals can check-in with either a passport, National ID or a valid Uganda driving license.
